Please limit your letter based on the following:
• Include persons name/Service/Organization Name - including city/state location - last names are not needed, the first letter of the last name is fine, or vica versa.
• Provide a letter title, this will be used below as the link to your letter
• Keep letter short and to the point - Do not exceed five paragraphs
• Your email address will not be made public
• Please avoid using hurtful statements against others - the letter will not be published
• Keep your letter honest and with out making opinions against others
• This is about thanks - and to keep spirits alive
• Please indicate if you do not wish to receive community responces to your letter in your letter.
