to sponsor a family or child in the groups message board - you will respond to the post for more information on sponsoring the family you pick, adding or wanting items recycled posted - you will use the groups for that, adding yourself or a family to be sponsored - this will need to be done in group for your area, help for you or another family in your area - you will use the groups forums for that, so on so forth. If unsure you can ask me and I can help lead you the right direction.
